Concordia Forum Press Tables- Poll of Muslims in the USA and UK on politics and misconceptions
Methodology and tables
Fieldwork took place between September 21st and October 3rd 2025 through online panels.
Quotas and weighting were applied to ensure the survey is nationally representative of UK Muslims aged 18+ and USA Muslims aged 18+.
These findings are based on samples of English-speaking Muslims in the UK and US, weighted by age, gender, and region. Economic backgrounds and educational attainment are unweighted and overrepresent among groups from higher socio-economic backgrounds and educational attainment.
Weighting figures for Muslims in the UK were taken from the Office for National Statistics.
Weighting figures for Muslims in the US were taken from the 2023-24 Religious Landscape Study of 35,000 Americans by Pew Research Centre.
The sample of 2,050 UK adults is weighted to be nationally and politically representative across age interlocked with gender and highest qualification, working status, region, ethnicity, political attention, 2024 General Election vote (Labour and Conservative interlocked with Scotland and London), and 2016 EU referendum vote.
Fieldwork took place between 5th-7th November 2025 through online panels. Weighting figures are taken from the Office for National Statistics.
