Our client, an award-winning multi-asset trading broker for clients around the globe is continually looking to improve its offering to stay ahead of its competition and increase loyalty amongst its most valuable clients. As part of this strategy, they were looking to conduct a study to understand what a premium reward offer should look like for their VIP trading clients, and what features and benefits should be prioritized to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Opinium interviewed 2,000 retail traders of multi-assets and stocks with a minimum of 1 years’ experience of trading in Singapore, Australia, Germany, and the US. We used a conjoint based approach to understand what a reward scheme aimed at high value clients should actually offer and what combination of rewards would most likely drive satisfaction/loyalty.
Results were presented to the sales and product development teams allowing our client to identify the most effective rewards strategy and develop a rewards package that has led to an increase in satisfaction and loyalty with their most important clients.
