Can renters earn extra cash from Airbnb?

Opinium‘s study with Airbnb, of 2,000 UK adults who are privately renting, finds that almost 80% of renters are looking for ways to supplement their income amidst rising living costs. Furthermore, the study reveals 55% of renters would share a spare room for extra income, but only a fraction believe it would infringe on their tenancy agreement or would not be permitted by their landlord.
