The impact of Coronavirus on mental and physical wellbeing

The pandemic we are currently facing will have a big effect on mental wellbeing as well as physical, and this has been highlighted by many of the organisations working in the wellbeing space. Our research supports this, showing that almost half (47%) of UK adults say that their mental wellbeing has been impacted by the coronavirus outbreak. However, Brits are boosting their mental wellbeing by keeping connected with family and friends, and also taking advantage of daily physical exercise outdoors.
