Biden’s bounce fades but retains lead over Trump
Former Vice President Joe Biden retains a significant 9 point lead over President Donald Trump in voting intentions for the November election but this is down from his post-DNC high of 15 points and a touch closer than his 12 point lead in June with signs that the president is slowly closing the gap.
Opinium surveyed 2,000 US adults aged 18+ from 4th to 10th September 2020. Interviews were conducted online and sampled and weighted to match the demographics of the US adult population as well as factoring in education level and past vote in recent elections.
