With 41% indicating they felt the judges line up is better than last year and only 29% feeling they are worse the new look line up certainly seems to have the backing of X-Factor fans (18 to 34 year olds were the most positive about the new look with 48% feeling this year?s judges are better than last year).
45% indicated Gary Barlow was their favourite of the new judges line up with Louie Walsh in second place on 14%, Tulisa Constostavlos in third (10%) and Kelly Rowland in fourth place (8%)
Opinium Research carried out an online survey of 2,020 UK adults aged 18+ from 23rd to 25th August 2011 of which 786 watched the first show. Results have been weighted to nationally representative criteria.
